    This activity is funded, in part, by appropriations from the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the State's general fund, and its arts and cultural heritage fund that was created by a vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.

    This activity is made possible by a grant from the Central Minnesota Arts Board, through funding provided by the Minnesota State Legislature.

    Visual Arts Minnesota’s Annual High School Art Competition and Exhibition is a juried competition of 2-D and 3-D artwork submitted by high school students in grades 9 through 12 from Central Minnesota held at the Great River Regional Library of St. Cloud in the Mississippi Room and main lobby.

    Awards of $1220 are given in eight mediums: oil/acrylic painting, watercolor painting, 2D design, sculpture, ceramics, photography, drawing and jewelry.

    Awards Reception: April 20 at 2-4pm.
